Property Maintenance Services & Handyman Maintenance Plans

CleanCorps provides reliable property maintenance services for homeowners, landlords, property managers, vacation rental owners, real estate agents, and businesses that need a dependable team for ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, punch-list work, turnovers, and general handyman support.

Customers can use CleanCorps for a one-time repair or choose a monthly or quarterly maintenance package that includes dedicated handyman hours and proactive property checkups. Instead of waiting for small issues to become expensive problems, CleanCorps helps keep properties clean, functional, repaired, and ready for use.

Maintenance Without the Hassle

Every property has a running list of small repairs and maintenance items. Doors get loose, screens tear, caulking wears out, filters need replacing, paint gets scuffed, toilets start running, fixtures loosen, weatherstripping fails, and turnover lists pile up. Most of these issues are not large enough to justify a major contractor, but they still need to be handled by a reliable professional.

CleanCorps gives property owners a simple way to stay ahead of the work. Our property maintenance packages combine recurring handyman hours with proactive maintenance checks so homeowners, landlords, property managers, vacation rental owners, and businesses can keep their properties in better condition with fewer last-minute repair headaches.

Monthly Maintenance & Handyman Hour Packages

Use this section as pricing/package cards on the website. Each package should make clear that the customer is buying a set number of handyman hours each month. If the customer does not submit a specific repair list for that month, CleanCorps uses the time for proactive maintenance checks and small preventative items. This keeps the plan valuable every month.

How Monthly Hours Work

Customers can submit a repair list before each visit, including photos when helpful.

CleanCorps prioritizes safety, water-related issues, property function, guest/tenant readiness, and the customer’s highest-priority items first.

If work submittedtakes less than the included time, the remaining time is used for proactive maintenance checks and small preventative items.

If the customer does not submit a list, CleanCorps performs a structured monthly maintenance walkthrough and addresses small items within the included time.

Additional hours can be approved in advance or added at the customer’s plan rate when scheduling allows.

Materials, specialty parts, fixtures, paint, filters, hardware, and third-party vendor costs are not included in the handyman hours packages.

Quarterly Maintenance Package Options

Quarterly packages are ideal for customers who do not need a monthly visit but still want consistent property upkeep. These should be positioned as seasonal maintenance visits, rental-readiness reviews, preventative home care, or larger handyman-hour blocks that can be used every three months. Please let us know if you prefer Quarterly Maintenance instead of Monthly.
